American Airlines is my current engagement through the contract company I work for. My title here is UX Visual Designer, which sounds fancy but it just means I’m a web designer that focuses on visual design and doesn’t do code. At present, my task involves working with an Information Architect and a Front-End Developer to update legacy pages on AA.com. The site itself is riddled with old pages that weren’t touched during the last redesign and it’s my job to go through those pages and update the way they look while the developers update the code and the way they function.
Year: November, 2011 to Present
